About the Role
ABMS Consulting Sdn Bhd Malaysia, in collaboration with Innovalus Technologies Inc are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying companies in Malaysia and Singapore, and selling our recruitment services which include full-time hiring and contract staffing services. The primary customer base will be in the software, engineering, and IT services domain.
Responsibilities:
* Identify potential customers through market research and cold-calling
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to increase sales opportunities
* Use lead generation tools and professional networking tools to connect with potential customers as part of lead generation and prospecting
* Sell recruitment services to potential customers in the software, engineering, and IT services domain
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase our recruitment platform and services
* Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
